These days I am thinking of wheather attend the colleague's wedding because she doesn't invite me. Maybe I won't keep contact with her after I left. However, there still couples of month before I leave this company.
As the reason, I also question some collegues' value in this office.
Many people (operation) work here more than 8 years. As one said, this group is vary good in salary and works in the industryF&B. No one would leave such a good F&B group and also not sure if they can adpt to another company.
I cannot help thinking if people not good enough to jump over the level or just the company is really that great.
