And, I always provide the answer they not impress or even not like to know. At the time i don't know how to answer next time. I was inspired by one colleague answer.
She said the merit and defect can be the same thing. It only depends on the angle of looking things. Like she is a Miss Nice. She cannnot show her emotion but always smiling. From others' point of view, she is EQ high person. At the point of veiw herself, she is upset for the emtion can not express.
